When will my order ship?
Since many of our products are manufactured to order, shipping timelines vary. Standard editions typically ship 4-5 months after the pre-order window closes, while Collector's Editions may take 6-9 months due to production complexity.
Can I cancel a pre-order?
All sales are considered final at the time of purchase. We do not offer cancellations or refunds on pre-order items, as the quantity produced is based directly on the number of orders received.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their local government upon delivery.
How do I update my shipping address?
You can update your shipping address through your account dashboard as long as the order has not yet entered the shipping process. For older orders, please contact our support team directly to ensure the change is applied.
What happens if my item arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with photos of the damage to request a replacement or partial refund.
Are your games region-locked?
Most of our physical releases for modern consoles like the Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4/5 are region-free, meaning they will play on hardware from any part of the world.
